I appreciate you choosing to book your treatment with me. My goal is to provide exceptional massage therapy and personalised care. To ensure the best experience for all clients, the time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. Please take a moment to review the following policies.
If you’re a new client, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time to complete a confidential client history form. There’s no need to arrive earlier, as I may be with another client or preparing the treatment room for you. I do not have a waiting room whilst I am still with current client.
late policy
Life happens, and I understand that delays can occur. If you’re running late, please call or message me as soon as possible. However, to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments, your session will still end at the originally booked time. This means your treatment may be shortened, but full payment will still be required.
cancellation policy
As a small business, my time is valuable, and cancellation fees help cover the cost of missed appointments. Please be considerate and adhere to the following:
Minimum 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance by emailing flowmassagewhakatane@nullgmail.com or calling/texting 021 216 5393.
Late Cancellations: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of your session.
90-Minute+ Appointments: Longer sessions may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
gift voucher cancellations & expiry
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your gift voucher will become void. Please book your voucher as soon as possible. If you cannot use it before the expiration date, contact me before it expires. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.
same day appointments
Any appointment booked within 24 hours is considered fixed. If you cancel or reschedule after confirming, you will be charged the full price of the booking.
fees
If a cancellation fee is not paid, any existing bookings will be canceled, and future appointment requests will not be accepted until the balance is settled.
