Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book your treatment with me. My aim is to provide exceptional massage therapy and personalised care. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, the time you reserve is held exclusively for you. Please take a moment to review the following policies.
New Clients
If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to complete a confidential client history form. Alternatively you may be sent a digital form to fill out – in this case there is no need to arrive early. If you arrive earlier, I may be with another client or preparing the treatment room. Please note that I do not have a waiting area while a session is in progress.
Late Policy
I understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please call or message me as soon as possible. To avoid impacting other scheduled appointments, your session will still finish at the originally booked time. This may result in a shorter treatment, and the full fee will still apply.
Cancellation Policy
As a small business, my time is valuable, and cancellation fees help cover the cost of missed appointments. Please keep the following in mind:

Minimum 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance by emailing flowmassagewhakatane@nullgmail.com or calling/texting 021 216 5393.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in being charged the full session fee.

90-Minute+ Appointments: Longer sessions may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Gift Voucher Cancellations & Expiry
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the gift voucher used for your booking will become void. Please book your voucher promptly. If you are unable to use it before the expiry date, contact me before it expires. Expired vouchers are not accepted.
Same-Day Appointments
Any appointment booked within 24 hours is considered confirmed. If you cancel or reschedule after booking, the full session fee will apply.
Fees
If a cancellation fee remains unpaid, any existing bookings will be cancelled, and future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is cleared.
